1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quiver.live (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility (18+)

The Service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use Quiver.live. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18+.

3) What Quiver Does

Quiver generates relationship questions, tasks, and optional voice “whispers” intended to support connection between consenting adults. Output is generated using Google Gemini and may be filtered for safety.

4) Safety, Consent, and Prohibited Use

• Use the Service only with consenting adults and in a respectful, consent-first way.
• Do not use the Service to generate or promote harmful, exploitative, illegal, or non-consensual content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt, or bypass safety measures or rate limits.

5) AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. The Service is not professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. You are responsible for how you use the content and for your choices and interactions.

6) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Quiver stores preferences locally on your device and uses encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) to communicate with Google Gemini for generation. We do not sell your personal information.

7) Data Deletion

Quiver does not operate its own backend for storing your profile or generated prompts. You can delete locally stored data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data (and, if available, using the in-app “Delete Local Data” option).

8) Subscriptions, Billing, and Restores

• Quiver may offer premium features via subscriptions purchased through the app store (e.g., Google Play).
• Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the store provider and governed by their terms.
• If available, you can restore purchases using in-app restore functionality.
• Quiver does not collect or store your payment card details; billing is processed by the store provider.

9) Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiver Connection Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
